RE: Painter & Westfall, LLC Vs. Always Broke Farm
File: 18225733

Dear Charlene Bruce,

It is abominable that even now, after numerous attempts to recover the outstanding debt owed by you to our client, you still intend to withhold the money owed absent of any legal basis.

I assure you that if you have not forwarded to my attention the entire amount owed, or contacted me with other arrangement within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of this letter, I will advise my client to seek legal counsel for the purpose of filing suit for the full principle amount and interest. When permitted by law, we may also file information about your account to credit reporting agencies. Negative information can remain on your credit report for up to 7 years.

You now have the power at this moment to avert a serious situation. Twenty-four (24) hours from now, you will no longer have that power. At that point, I will refer this matter for litigation filing.

You must contact our offices immediately 877-832-2482 x105 and remit your payment in the amount of $226.54 in order to avoid litigation.

Be Governed Accordingly,
Larry Butler
